Over the past 10 years, I’ve immersed myself in the world of healing—studying everything from Integrative Health and Reiki to Astrology, Chakra Work, Breathwork, and beyond. What started as a personal journey of discovery became a soul mission to help others reconnect with their own vibrant light.

At first, I thought I needed something outside of myself to truly make a difference. But I quickly realized: the magic happens when we align with our inner truth. That’s where the real healing begins.

Now, I combine my tools and training to empower others—just like you—to take control of your energy, health, and life. Through both in-person and virtual 1:1 sessions, classes, and workshops, I hold space for deep healing, energetic activation, and soul-level transformation.
